Wrapping up the financial year with tremendous gratitude and celebration! Join us as we reflect on a year of remarkable achievements and growth for our mortgage advisory team. The numbers tell an inspiring story: over 200 families have found their pathway to homeownership through our services, with more than $70 million in loans settled despite many being cases that other advisors or banks had previously declined.
What truly sets our approach apart is our willingness to tackle the challenging scenarios. When clients hear "no" elsewhere, they come to us for creative solutions and dedicated advocacy. Our team has grown alongside our client base, welcoming new advisors James and Kunj, whose expertise you've been enjoying through recent podcast episodes. Their contributions have enhanced our ability to serve a broader range of client needs with specialized knowledge. We're equally grateful to our network of lending partners—both mainstream banks and specialized lenders—who collaborate with us to make the seemingly impossible happen. Our insurance services have also provided crucial protection for clients' assets and wellbeing, including successfully settled claims during difficult periods. Hello and welcome to the last episode of this financial year. Woohoo, the financial year has ended and this is a recap of the year that's been. So, first of all, massive, massive thanks to all my clients past, present and future for your support. Without your support, I would not be here where we are today. One thing that became apparent as I sat down and looked back at the numbers for this financial year is that we've helped over 200 families to get ahead. This is over 200 families that got into their homes thanks to the hard work of my team and, when we look back at the numbers, astonishing number of over 70 million loans were settled and arranged for those clients. This is a big achievement for our small team and because of this we have been able to grow the team further. This financial year. We have welcomed a couple of new members to the team and you all have been enjoying the episodes with James and Kunj and, as they're sharing their knowledge, I can see and we are already getting the feedback that you want to hear more from us and we're able to help more people to get ahead in life.
Speaker 1:I also want to say thank you to the lenders. Without their support, we would not be able to settle some of those loans either, because, let's face it, people don't come to us for the nice and easy. A lot of the situations that we face are usually the hard ones, the challenging ones, the ones that other advisors or the banks even have turned around and said no to. We are the ones that take those deals and make them happen, but without the support of our lenders the main banks and the concierge lenders we would not be able to make that happen.
Speaker 1:I also want to say thank you to all of our insurance providers, because I'm not sure if some of you know, but we also do insurances for our clients, and that encompasses house insurance, their contents, their cars, but also, more importantly, their wellbeing. So their life insurances, their mortgage protection, and we've been able to help so many clients settle their claims as well.
